Parental Alienation in Divorce

When a marriage ends, commonly one parent has more anger over the disruption of the status quo. In a number of divorce situations, anger causes this parent to lash out, seeking to punish and blame the other parent. The weapon for this vengeance is the children because they have a high value. The alienating parent uses the children as instruments to batter the targeted parent for disrupting the status quo of the marriage.

Dirty DUI Scheme in Divorce

Dirty DUI is described as the hiring of female decoys to assist in determining if a "target" male, usually the husband of a female client, would drink alcohol in a quantity sufficient enough to exceed the legal limit to operate an automobile. Once the "target" male had been observed to consume such an amount of alcohol likely to exceed the legal limit to drive, the hired female decoys would leave the establishment and ask the "target" male to follow them home.

An associate coined the phrase "dirty DUI scheme" to describe the practice. This tactic is used in divorce cases to hurt the other parent custody (a Criminal Act).
