A modality to help men, women, and children; Individual therapy is personalized mental health treatment, addressing unique needs through setting goals, processing the past, and learning to manage symptoms for a healthier life in a one-on-one setting. The therapist helps the client understand and cope with their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment. It is a personalized approach to mental health care that can help individuals improve their emotional well-being, manage mental health conditions, and develop coping strategies for life's challenges.
Couples and Family Therapy
Parenting Education: Grounded in the Protective Factors around building strong families, this curriculum is designed to provide parents with an understanding of parenting skills and knowledge, particularly in the areas of child development, communication, positive parenting practices and self-awareness, while emphasizing the importance of self-care and parental resilience.
Play Therapy: A form of therapy primarily geared toward children. In this form of therapy, a therapist encourages a child to explore life events that may have an effect on current circumstances, in a manner and pace of the child's choosing, primarily through play but also through language. Play therapy is a form of psychological treatment that uses play to allow people to express unconscious feelings, or things they find hard to express through words. According to PTI, 71% of children who receive it experience positive change. The potential benefits include a reduction of behavioral problems that stem from anger, grief, or trauma.

This program is conducted in a group treatment environment conducive to maximum participation and peer group support.
Animal Abuse Program: Our Animal Abuse Program is the first professionally developed psychological intervention program for adults who have abused animals. This course is designed to explain theft and shoplifting; not only what typically legally constitutes as theft and shoplifting, but what are some possible causes and some unique ways for the prevention of this type of behavior.
Stalking Program: As the psychological factors that lead to stalking and harassment are increasingly recognized, the need for clinical interventions designed to target these issues has emerged. This treatment is a once a week, fifty-two (52) week program. Each participant is afforded three (3) absences for the intervention. Progress Reports are to the Court or Probation Department as required.
